No, seriously - another awesome mod by you. I would call you the best danish casemodder, but I fear that p0Pe would kill me for saying that. :D

    Angel -
The final pics do justice to both your creativity and workmanship. Absolutely stunning.
I agree that hiding the PC out of sight it in the trunk is a shame, but you can drive with the knowledge that form, function, and coolness are right behind you.

I think so. What a pity if you hide that impressive pc in a car:duh::wallbash:

It really is a shame to hide this inside of a trunk. This turned out awesome.

    Holy moly.

I usually write a little "thank you" to every one who drops a line in here, but that would take hours on this one!

So a huge thanks to all! :)

I'm very happy that you all follow my projects, and comment with good and bad!
No doubt that I would have never worked so hard on these things, if it wasn't for you guys and the awesome builds that are in here! :thumb:

As a little side note; On rare ocations I've been having to restart the machine since it wouldn't boot. And since I've spent so much time on this, I ofcourse want it to work without any flaws. I contacted the company who sells the machine to hear about getting a new mobo.

This is where I made the mistake of not hanging on to my seat when reading the quote...

You've been warned, hang on - - - $399 + shipping from USA... For the mobo with nothing else! He actually told me that even though it was a very old board, they still have a couple in stock and it is a very fair price.
Did I mention they sell them in their webshop for $369 + shipping?

Right now I'm investigating getting a different one, which MIGHT require a small rebuild...

So right when I thought this thread was at an end, it might not be! :)

Ring side seat reserved for the new or old thread, depending on how you want to handle it. :D

Actually, I think you should get back in touch with the vendor, refer them to your build log, and mention that they may wish to have their company name engraved on the machine as a sponsor. Remind them that you don't want the aluminum box, but just the board.

With some 67,000 views, it would likely pay dividends to be seen as a partner rather than a company whose mobo was replaced because it didn't run error free.
    Just my two cents...
