Electronics Composite Video question

    when using composite video do i HAVE to use the Ground from the video source or can i use one from the power supply going to the display

    i would think you could use any ground, seeing as ive read wiring guides on how to relocate an eject button and use a different ground to activate the eject function.

    err no, i think you need a common ground for both devices.

    You should also keep digital and analogue grounds separate, so don't try using the ground from the PSU :nono:
