FYI if you're local, happen to be in the area, can travel, etc... Event page: https://www.premiercomputerfairs.co...-the-village-hotel-saturday-9th-november-2019 Google Maps link - looks like it's literally on the M4 junction 32 roundabout: https://goo.gl/maps/D43pxqHyPgMJZw768 Time: 1000-1500 You're probably not going to get anything that much cheaper than a decent retailer, but I've occasionally found the odd bit of useful kit at these things in the past.
worth noting they charge £5 to enter, and last time there was 2 rooms with maybe 8-9 stalls, 2 of which were 100% mobile covers/accessories [edit] appologies, didnt mean to drop same comments on both threads, not sure how I ended up commenting here,
Yep, forgot about entry fees, thanks for the reminder . I don't mind paying a fiver for a nose about, just means I'll have to skip the coffee & bacon roll afterwards
They run the same one in Bristol too. I was hoping to see more used gear, but it was all pretty much brand new. Even the new gear for sale was't as cheap as online so there was no real saving to be had. Great if you live local and don't want to pay delivery as you get your stuff there and then on the day. I do like the price of the use laptops, though. You can generally pick up something Dell or Lenovo business class for less than what it sells for on eBay.
