Hi, I recently upgraded my pc (new cpu, motherboard and memory) and now the computer randomly freezes, sometimes it sorts itself out but sometimes I need to hold down the power button. The crash/freeze doesn't crash to bsod or reset.

I was recommended to do a fresh install of Windows but the crashing still occurs. I've also run memtest and it reported no problems.
I have also upgraded all the drivers and installed the latest firmware for my motherboard.
I've also run ccleaner on the registry.

I'm running out of ideas of what to do, anyone got any?

I'm just about to run Prime95.

Specs are in my rig, many thanks.

The problem maybe happening when multi-tasking the processor.
