Hello all - I am back with another survey (turns out GCSE IT uses surveys quite a lot ) So, how do you use computer devices? Mobile, standalone, specialized equipment? A survey to suit most bit-tech members more than the last one, which you can find here. Survey Clicky Thanks in advance (again)
Done. Though I felt the mobile device vs standalone device question perhaps wasn't that clear - it might be worth clarifying what is included in each, as a netbook/laptop is technically a mobile device. Also, they are all standalone devices - perhaps it should be mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, netbooks and laptops) vs mains powered devices (computers, consoles etc).
Done. With the question which asks what I plan to buy next, 'parts for' a 'desktop computer' would have been a useful answer ( I don't think 'other' was an option for that question ), however 'I have everything I need' is about as close to the truth as I could get.
Another one done. A suggestion if there's a next time, the "How do you game?" question was a little limiting. It's quite commong for people to game on two or three of the platforms listed and, depending on one's answer, can make some of the other anwers a little confusing. For example, I answered that I game on my desktop as I game on it the most, but earlier on answered that I own both a desktop and a console. The two answers combined seem to imply that I don't enjoy gaming on my console, which is a little misleading.
And this is why I like bit-tech. So much support from you lot. Feedback has been incorporated into the questionnaire - +rep for all of you. Even though only Marvin really needed it You can go back and change your answers if you so wish - don't worry if you don't to. 49 responses so far is plenty for now. The other survey hit 105, but when I posted this thread with the link to the old thread that number has gone up to 108 I can only view 100 responses though because I don't pay for SurveyMonkey EDIT: just saw thehippoz 'unrelated' device. I can only say that you will be having much fun with it!
