    Oh dear. That is absolutely shocking that the attorney didn't go into enough research, surely this can be declared as a mistrial.

    Now if i'd have been the defending i'd have taken an unprotected PC into the court and asked a prosecution witness to visit the site that caused the pop-ups, put the display on a projector and let the whole court see what happens for themselves. Instant understanding!

    That is ridiculous. I would hope that she is going to appeal the ruling and/or declare a mistrial due to the incompetence of her defense
