consumer law err thing

    if i buy something in june and then take it back in jan, can i get the full price i payed for it back even though it may be £30 cheaper then when i bought it? or could i swap it for something that is the same price as i payed for it back then

    Chances are that after 6 months you aint gona get a refund anyway.
    And if you are to get the item replaced under warranty you will get a product of similar or greater value at current prices.
    You will get similar or greater spec.
