Hey Bit Tech Community I have some MP4 video files on my computer witch I want to convert into another video format so I can play them on my TV set-up is there any programs that allow me to convert them without having to do the really long process of recoding in other words direct video conversion I guess it would be called. Many Thanks Sam
Don't kill me if I'm wrong as I don't know much about this, but I would presume it would be helpful if you knew what format you were converting into?
Just to say I have tried about 5 free conversion softwares and all of them leave a watermark in the corner. Would I be right in saying that all free ones will do this?
http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/ Download free studio and you can convert pretty much anything into pretty much anything, for free.
I use Any Video Converter, seems to work for just about any format and lets you control the bit rate, codec & resolution etc- no watermark.
DVD Video soft! Thank you so much for reminding me of this software, I used it a few months back and to say it was one of the best pieces of software I used Is an understatement, and sorry I was a little brief MKV or AVI was the format I was converting in to.
What about SUPER? I heard from friiend about this free video converter software, you may check it out
Use Any Video Converter at work and have to say it is awesome. Free unless you are looking for specific formats such as iPhone or PSP compatible. Lovely queuing system, can set resolution as well as other parameters massive array of output formats.
Last week i used convert X to dvd for my dads friend, seemed to do the job OK, took about 40minutes to convert 6 hours of footage.
