From new the cooker dial decals have been rubbish. A simple wipe with a jay cloth and they come off. It's been a few years now and there's barely anything left. There are universal ones available but they aren't right. Is there maybe a way they could be printed or would that be prohibitively expensive.
I've had this problem. An engraver and a sharpie is your friend here, IMHO. I gave up trying to find replacements. Also you can make them amusing/customised if you see fit...
how fussy are you? Could print to paper and use spray adhesive to stick it to the cooker after cutting out the desired shape. Might want to to also apply a coat of clear coat to let it withstand cleaning. Edit: Oh you could use a transparency sheet, then print the image mirror, then apply glue to the printed side and the transparency sheet will protect the printing. That said I am unsure how heat proof this.
