Yes....it tends to be the switches and things that I get wrong....so a lil tutorial would help alot
Why not take a look at this article its covers some of the more complex wiring involved on using the GPOs
here's one i just did.......
Coolhand, thats just a five minute job that is
lol cool hand!
and hey Henry- why not have a special on VFDs on the Bit-forums?
hold up.....no more specials untill they get the prob with the lk204-25pc fixed....no need of diverting there attention
now all's I need is some money :cries:
LOL, you will be the first to know.
is it? i hate it, i'm gonna redecorate soon.
and i can't remember where it was from

I want a VFD as well

it's not that easy like you say
this happened to my first attempt
Just a quick question, the leds at the bottom (new e-amil etc.) are threy wired to the LCD????
The display looks cool AW3K, my brother has mine for me i'll be getting it off of him on Saturday!!!
Yeah m8 they are wired to the 6 GPO's on the back of the lcd
i used the method cheeseman used to connect them,
some old audio cables for the cd rom drives, they work great
i might order another and add the keyboard to it and make another stand mebbe when i get paid again i will
just a bit off topic
them 5 posts in a row could have realy been one just the one post,
ok carrie on
LOL i suppose, i never thought
they were all at different times, i had to take a photo and windows crashed etc etc...
I did the same thing drilling the first piece of plexyglass for my switch spacer.....
i ended up using a variable speed drill, and going very slow so that the bit carved a nice spiril of material out of the hole and it worked perfict.
Where in Canada are you located so I can kick you
