Nice truck, superb build quality. I wonder what kind of speeds he gets with that thing.

Some people can be so picky about what is 'worth a thread'. Jeez..its general discussion, anything should be able to be discussed here without some jackass saying its stupid.

    Btw, cool RC car.

You can't claim absoloutely anything can be discussed on here when we have rules and guidelines and then call a respected member of the forums a Jackass :eyebrow:

It's a nice truck, nothing special imo apart from its slightly large size

No, i think it's totally GD material. Great build quality, nice truck. Nothing wrong with it. I want the full size jobbie to go on a beach with though. Last time i checked Sc0ran wasnt a mod :p

I didnt claim anything could be discussed here. I was saying that things that are within the rules and guidelines should be able to be discussed without a 'close this thread' or 'this thread is stupid' because some people may enjoy looking at the car, its an opinion. As long as its not sexual, pornographic, or spam it shouldnt be called a 'stupid thread' or whatever.

For those of you who think this is a stupid thread..didn't mean to offend anyone or to interrupt your more important conversations regarding pet rats, ring tones, etc.

That's pretty damned cool imho, although it did look better without the carbon-fibre skin on it... :)

No mate, dont give in. Im just gonna end up deleting peoples posts who come in to moan and contribute nothing to the thread but it's not gonna be closed.

For those who think it's a stupid thread - tough ****, click the back button and go somewhere else. It's not a compulsary thing to read every damn thread.

If someone think's a thread is spam that's what we have the report post function for. If you dont want to read something dont post that you dont want to read it - that's worse than the thread itself. Let the mods decide what's good and what isnt, and yes, we do read reported posts.

Fair enough , i just thought there were a few hobbyists here that might be interested . Didn't want to start a thread argument , thats why i asked to have it removed .

By the way in case anyone wants to know. The truck weighs 40 lbs. ,has a top speed of 60 mph , runs on a 52 cc chainsaw engine , and is 48" x 20" x 16" in size . Everything is custom built (except for the engine and radio equipment) and runs on a nitro blend.

after a little bit of link clickery i found this site:

    http://www.minifastcar.com/templates/index.php

looks like a lot of fun :) first glance would be like a multiplay hookup of sega rally or something, but instead of playing a multiplayer arcade racing game the controls actually drive a quarterscale rc, and what you see on the screen is a driver pov from a camera in the car.

    sounds totally :hip: tbh

    hahaha - love it.

Would rather race on a street circuit though - I suppose the oval means it is more 'central'...

Is it a 1/4 scale oval too?
