Ok so heres the problem, i ordered 32oz of PCice coolant for my watercooling system, but it turns out that my res is bigger than i thought, i do not have the time or money to order more coolant, so would it be ok to mix it with distilled water?

PC Ice is marketed as a non-conductive coolant. More specifically:

This would suggest so me that, like FluidXP, it is a mix of distilled water, very low viscosity oil and glycerine, with some other chemicals added. I do not think that mixing it with distilled water is recommended; in any case you sort of lose the properties that you presumably bought it for in the first place.
