What options, besides standard fans, do I have for cooling my case? It is fairly small and cramped, but I might look at getting an external resivoir and pump. What other cooling options could I pursue on a somewhat limited budget?

E.g. the Reservator Kit http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/product.php?productid=17494&cat=566 for £150+VAT However you can normally fit an internal kit with a bit of work unless your case is really minature and/or packed with kit. Give us some more details and we might get you some better advice.
