    Copper
Its got a better heat conducting properties then aluminum so go for it

copper has a larger specific heat capacity per gram too - and so does water compared to air so they are better matched :)

neither, carbon in its diamond form is far superior, and non electrically conductive

You can machine copper thinner than aluminum, and still have integrity.

The problem with a diamond WB is the cutting of the facets (for sparkle) and disguising the barbs.

another problem with diamond is that only diamond can cut it.

    Good luck :p

Glass? (heatproof pyrex) for bling bling factor?

    sorry ot

Waterjets can be used to cut diamonds.

why not? you can also use special liquids that give a cleaner cut or something like that. google it :)
Part of the polyalkylene glycol family IIRC

OT: You can turn a diamond into a large cloud of CO2 with a bit of acid too IIRC :)

Out of copper or aluminium copper is probably better... though it depends how you're making it, aluminium is a lot easier to work with and may allow for finer details and more surface area to be exposed in your design.

silver is soft, has high thermal conductivity, but is not relatively easy to obtain. but i would go with copper elsewise

It's for a waterblock design for graphic cards, including RAM blocks as being discussed here

Just use copper, an all copper system will not corrode, and will perform better than an all alu system.

It can cut ... it just takes longer.

Diamond/carborundum dust is used to polish diamond and other gemstones.
