I have an H80i installed and I use corsair link to control the fans/pump etc. but just recently it seems to be constantly hammering my bandwidth.

It's the latest version so why the hell does it need to be constantly connected to my connection?

I don't even seem to be able to add any programs to my fire wall so that I can block it for good but still have it running, plus its not even listed in my firewall exceptions.

    Any ideas??

Could it be trying to do an update? My installation of this pestered me to update it earlier on when I opened it up

It might be trying but I don't know why as it's up to date as of a few days ago, I did it manually.

Is there an option in the settings somewhere to stop it from checking for updates - maybe it's just checking for updates rather than actually doing an update?
