Have some faulty memory that is covered by their Lifetime Warranty.

Does anyone know roughly, from requesting a RMA to getting a replacement product, takes?

And would appreciate any advice that you may have, or tales of woe.

    Sorry, only just saw this.

I RMA'd some old RAM in January last year. Requesting the RMA was quick and I was allocated a number within a couple of days.

I then had to post the RAM to Corsair in the Netherlands and the turn around was about two to three weeks from posting if I remember correctly. Make sure you use a recorded delivery method for your own peace of mind.

It was all painless just don't expect it to be over and done with in a couple of days.

    Hope this helps.
