Hi all, I need to check the compatibility of the following Corsair memory - http://www.lambda-tek.com/CMZ12GX3M...1600MHz-DDR3-DIMM~cs/2123071&origin=gbase19.5 Is this compatible with the following boards - http://www.ebuyer.com/241996-asus-s...annel-hd-audio-atx-motherboard-sabertooth-x58 http://www.ebuyer.com/195331-gigaby...-8-channel-audio-atx-motherboard-ga-x58a-ud3r Currently have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R but looking at selling it for the Asus Sabertooth, just for a change, so just wanted to make sure the memory works with both boards. Also, has anyone used Lambdatek before? Seems a ridiculous price for the memory and not too familiar with them
Should be compatible with any x58 board. Lambdatek are above board, bought a few small items off them before. You could give them a ring to confirm that's the actual price.
only dealt with lambdatek once, for my first build. i cant say i was that impressed, primarily because their system builder thing is a bitch to use, and its supposed to tell you if stuff isnt compatible, but it said a mobo was when it wasnt so that wasted £80 i much prefer scan or ocuk nowdays
I have heard that this RAM is good for overclocking. I have never done this before. Does anyone have any experience in this area at all?
