May I ask how you cut your plexi? Jigsaw? Scroll saw?

Wow, those new additions are cool! I like the plexi rings and usb cover plate ... a lot! Also echoing the boy from oz's question, and adding that I'd like to know how you polish the edges so cleanly. (I think you might have mentioned it.... I'll go back and :read: but any tips you can give would be great.) I was working on my plexi layers experiment, and could use some feedback/tips on how to do it better/easier.
EDIT- Ok, I just found your answer to phinix on the same question. Rough to fine sandpaper... and some polish. from the pics, it looks like you have a sanding wheel? Is that how you do most of the sanding or do you have other tools/tips? How do you get such regular angles? (such as the pump top) Do you use a jig that allows you to do that? Check out my log (linked in the sig) and let me know what you can suggest to improve, please.
    /EDIT
The front doors look cool too, It looks like they'll open to the sides? I like it!
    In case I didn't mention it, I'm subscribed! :)

@The boy 4rm oz....why not? sometimes we use a scroll saw (not often) when we have to cut out some smaller parts out of an sheet....in the most times we do the rough cut with a jig saw, a fein multimaster or an router (always depending on what we exactly do atm) and the rest with the sanding wheel /band sander....

@Modminded....yeah we have a sanding wheel / band sanding machine ....it´s great, the pump top was done with the wheel, because it´s really easy....just adjust the right angle and then gogogo...
but the sanding wheel is only good for the first steps....then you have to sand and polish by hand (i think you get other bands and disc so that you could change them to get better results....but normally its quickly polished by hand when you have a smooth surface from the sanding machine)

in the last days we finished the last part which i already showed as it was in progress...and we started the next parts for the Front :D

Very nice work. I'm liking all the plexi work. How about the two clear rods on top, they going to get rings too?

More detail. Damn it looks fine.

Thanks for the info mate. I usually only use a jigsaw or the Dremel to cut out my plexi. I need a router for my next mod so that will be the next thing for me to pick up. After that I need to get the scroll saw ;).
