Windows Could it be? Katamari Damacy 2 for PAL release?

The latest issue of EDGE plopped onto my doormat this morning and was quickly ripped open for the obligatory quick once-over. There is a Review for the sequel to Katamari Damacy - Everybody Loves Katamari. It's already out in Japan but EDGE reckon the UK release date is TBC. Hopefully that means they need to decide on a date rather than decide to release it over here.

All European video game fans should be crossing their fingers and praying. At the moment you need a Jap console or a modchip to play Katamari, which is an absolute crime by whoever decided that there was no need for a PAL release.

Although I heard that EA will be responsible. Hopefully they won't implement any trax type crap.

It was annoying enough they reviewed the original, what a tease! My fingers are crossed too my friend

Chibi Robo also looks rather good. I'm glad it's easy as pie to play import GC games, heh. I wish Katamari was on GC to be honest, the controller seems perfect for it.

Did you ever see the Japanese adverts for it? Well worth seeking out. They were brilliant.

 

Argh there goes the rest of my life. Did you see the photoshoot of 2 people in Katamari Damacy outfits on LiveJournal? That rocked.
