Changed the wheels and tyres for Prodrive PFF7's 18x8 with Toyo 225/45/18 T1R'S.
Absolutely transformed the ride and handling - well pleased :)

Now booked in for the serious stuff next month - Whiteline ARB and droplinks, Forester Sti Struts and Springs, VF39 Turbo, Prodrive exhaust, filter and remap. Hoping to see 330/330 ;)

Why did you buy that? If you really wanted a Subaru why didn't you buy a Legacy?

Yea, looks like it should be a bit lower to the ground if its going to be zooooming along everwhere... and some tints would look great on it.

if you then got a dump valve, n00bies would think you have a super car :hehe:

Looks nice for a 4x4, and I have to admit, like Shadowed_fury, that Im not a big fan of 4x4's either.

    well three things

    1) thats not a real 4x4

    2) putting slim line tires on a vehicle originally meant for general use tires can lead to a lot of funny things, like changed handling geometries, and need for new brakes

    3) i've always found forrestors a bit goofy looking

have you not somewhat messed up the whole point of having a 4x4 by fitting those expensive alloys and low-profile tyres?

    what's next? lowering? :p

it's oviously just a general use automobile which is ment to look PimP'in :D

and looking from bartops post, they can look very nice indeed for crusing... :naughty:

and it's going to tip if your speeding reasonably high off the ground :nono: ... so getting some lowering springs will make it better at handeling and give is an even COOL'er factor

Err, many cars from even land rover are being put out with phat alloys, low profiles.
You might well know, most 4x4s nowadays struggle to get over a lump of soil, never mind off road.

    (Obviously some do work)
