    Hey,

    I am searching for a faster CPU atm. And I was thinking between these two:

    AMD Athlon64 3800+ Venice
    AMD Athlon64 3700+ SanDiego

    Which one should I pick? Cause they aren't that much different in pricechecks..

    :idea:

    Venice = 512k and 2.4ghz (for 3800)
    Diego = 1mb and 2.2ghz (for 3700)

    Grab the diego. It'll do 2.4ghz easy. Extra 1mb cache will help out in games too :D

    Get the san diego, then just bump it up by 200mhz and you have one amazing chip!

    No unless you get a mega clocker, San Diego is the new kid on the block and has extra features
