with an upcoming mod i have the choice of either uncasing the psu, or keeping it in. uncasing it would give me more flex with my placement choice, but keeping it in the case would let me re-use the psu in future mods or pc's if i wanted to. so what i guess im asking is, how hard us uncasing a psu? how safe is uncasing a psu? and what benefits do you get from uncasing a psu?
Uncasing it should be very easy, but and its a big but - you know you will at some point put your hand in the case whilst the machine is on and BAMM spikey hairdo
