Ok, i just bought a 5 volt LED at the local electronics & tool store. I connected it to the 5 volt at the drive rails, and the LED is constantly blinking on and off? It`s blinking exactly 2 times a second, so it`s not like it has bad contact or something. It doesn`t have a resistor. Why is it blinking? Is it supposed to do that? The packaging doesn`t say anything about it, it only says: led.
Sounds like you got yourself a flashing LED, they do exist although they're not very common, what happens when you under-volt it?
Lol, i have never heard of flashing LED`s.. Just thought it was strange, cuz it doesn`t say anything on the packing
No, i looked inside it to find out what was + and GND. Nothing. And no resistor or anything. Magic LED? But godamn, my uv-cathode looks like more purple, and the red led looks almost pink. So now i have purple lightning and a pink-flashing res! I`m tellin` y`all, diz is tha P.I.M.P. CASE
