I'm running Win7 Pro x64 at the moment. Currently my pc keeps stuttering while chatting and surfing the web. When I check Task Manager, I'm seeing a process called csrss.exe running at 10-15%. I googled it and it's either a Windows component or a virus. My games pc, running Win7 HB x64 has the same process but it's sat there at 0%. Any ideas how I can find out for sure? I use AVG free, which is currently doing a scan, but found nothing.

Thanks. Had already speed read that one. Nothing conclusive. Oh well, had planned on a reinstall anyway. Looks like I'll be moving it up my schedule! :s
