Windows CSS Problemo

When ever i launch into CSS the screen just flickers at the main menu.. So i have tryed general little things and nothing ATM seems to sort it. I'm running daul screen but this has never created a problem. Running Windows 7 is there any know issues for 7?

 

Anyone think they have a solution or even somthing that would cause this.. When playing in a window this does not happen. Changed the refresh rates silly stuff like resolutions but to no avail..

I'm not sure, but Windows 7 seems to like not running full screen mode when games boot up. Have you tried pressing Alt + Enter when the game flickers? - This toggles between windowed mode and full screen in windows 7, and sorts out some problems I have with Crysis.

 

I'll give that a try it had been working full screen.. now using it in a window

I have to disable my second monitor to play CSS on my Windows 7 box.
