I forgot which company but they were advertising a spring in their tubing. I was wondering if anyone could tell me why this improves the waterflow as they advertised.??

i wouldnt say it improves the waterflow, it just stops the piped kinking when you bend them.

The TT Aquarius kit used springs mostly because the hose was so soft it would kink at a hint of a bend otherwise.

I think Innovatek maybe used external springs to solve the problem

Thermaltake was the one I was thinking of. I know that some of the swiftech kits use a spring in a major bend for the bleed/fill kit. To prevent kinking at the bend.
