    • MSI GeForce GTX 460 Cyclone 768MB, £125
    • ASUS P7H55-M, £60
    • Corsair Builder Series CX500, £45

    • Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler, £25.98

Cooling - ThermalTake Frio, very good cooler, should be around £36
HDD - Samsung F3, should be about £40
    Case - Antec 300, £55

Leaving about £55 for a PSU, so something like a Corsair CX500

Oh and this is only just in your budget...

If you need to squeeze more out of the budget the Arctic Freezer Cooling Pro 7 is a nice cooler and about £16 new from Scan.co.uk.

    Also, 2x2gb Corsair XMS3 1600MHz is £42 on Pixmania + £6 standard delivery.

That will help make a small saving, every little helps!

swap your mobo to a P55 chipset as it better suited for i5/i7 H55 chipset is for i3 and intergrated GPUs.

if you plan to overclock at all its a must.

for a cooler id opt for titan fenrir or the geil tranquillo

    HDD is a samsung F3 1TB or 500GB version.

decent set of 1600mhz RAM (same price as 1333) crosair ones are usually the cheapest from the best brands.

PSU a decent 500-600W model from antec, corsair, be quiet, seasonic etc etc

It won't support 1600 without overclocking but as the price is so close between 1600 and 1333 memory you can get 1600 and leave yourself headroom for later if you're not overclocking straight away.

with XMP doesnt matter anyway as it will run at 1600mhz without even overclocking the CPU

Yes. If there's any trouble, the RAM can always underclock itself (check on it with CPUZ). Given that 1333MHz memory is around the same price as 1600MHz memory and either will work for you it's best if you just go for 1600MHz memory.

If you cant wait for the 5 series graphics cards to be released from Nvidia, go for atleast the standard 1gb version of the gtx460. Its more future proof.

You can save money by investing in the Gelid Tranquillo if you are not heavily overclocking the CPU.
And make sure your PSU has 2 PCI-E power connectors just in case your graphics card needs it.

I would advise you getting a DVD Rewriter over a DVD-ROM for just a few quid more...it could come in handy.

    Thanks EVERYONE for helping!
This looks to be my final spec.
I think i'll stick with msi for the gfx, for multiple reasons.
    Thanks again!
