I have finally decided to make my own custom case, a plexiglass one.
Before i start the designing, I need your help.

    I already have 2 x 120MM NMB 4715KL-04W-B49, 118CFM Case Fans.

    I can get like 10 x 80MM JX Around 30CFM Case Fans.

I also have a Vantec Tornado 80MM, And a Thermaltake Smart Case Fan II for my CPU ( On my SLK-947 ).

I'll be using a Switch which has three Options, One will run the Fans at 7V, One will run the Fans at 12V, And when in the middle the fans will be off.

Could you guys recommend how should i place these fans on my new casing ?

Like Wht and Where should i keep for Intake/Exhaust ?

Well it all depends on the size, layout and hardware thats going in the case.
I would say use the two 120mm fans at 7v. Have one at the bottom front and one at the top back. That will keep everythign nice and cool and should be pretty quiet as well.

I would use 120mm fans everywhere, and 7v them all, got to be the way to go.

What i was thinking was :

Bottom Front : 120MM for Intake
Rear Top, Just beneath my PSU : 120MM for Exhaust
    Top : 2 x 80mm for Exhaust
Side, Right over my CPU, Vantec Tornado for Intake
Side, Right over my GPU, JX ( 30CFM ) for Intake

Seems a shame to have two nice 120mm fans and then make the whole thing louder with 80mm fans.

Just the two 120mm fans might be enough - one at the front, one at the back.

Guys wht should be the Air Inflow Outflow Ratio measured in CFM.

Like how much CFM be Intake, and how much CFM exhaust.

There's no "set" value for the airflow rate through your PC as it depends entirely on a whole number of factors.

Two 120mm fans at 7V would provide adequate airflow in most cases.

Actually I think I might have mis-understood your post. Ideally you want an equal In/Out ratio. Failing that, greater inflow is better than greater outflow if you don't want tons of dust accumulating in your drives etc. where air has been sucked in.

Considering all the fans are the same :

We can say a 3:2 Inflow : Outflow ratio should be fine ?

Guys, I managed to get hold of another 120MM NMB 4715KL-04W-B49, 118CFM Case Fan

Within a few days inshallah i'll get hold of another.

So how would the 4 x 120MM Combo BE ?

    1 Front Intake
    1 Rear Exhaust
    1 Top Exhaust
    1 Side Intake
