    It looks awesome, but I can't help but feel the paint and clear-coat will insulate it...

    yeah as if a 0.00002mm thick coat of paint would do any difference, trust me, there will be none

    Thanks for the comments.

    I didn´t paint the fins, before the color I sprayed them with a coat of vaselin so the paint won´t attach.

    It´s just the outside.

    Captain Exaggeration is out in force again, I see. Allow me to elaborate:

    Black radiates heat better than blue. This is a radiator. Therefore, black radiators would work better than blue ones.

    Clearer?

    yes but were talking about pc water cooling, so i dont think he cares about 1°F difference or so
