    Hello folks.

Here's what one Danish guy did to the removable front panel of his 250D.

So... I get the way he glued the fan frame, sand it down and repaint. Cool.

But how did he CUT the panel in the first place?? What do you guys recommend cutting?

Because depending on the answer, I might want to skip the frame and just cut some graphic art on the panel directly.... I'm not in front of mine right now, but it's definitely not Plastic. More like stainless steel.

    Thanks,

PS: or i could be wrong. i could be plastic. again im not home at this moment LOL :wallbash:

    Ah......... nevermind folks. It's plastic.

Hard plastic (some kind of hard resin?) but not metal.

Any recommendation on cutting though regardless?

I'm thinking Dremel but it could get a bit messy.....

Dremel would probably be fine but you could make a starter hole then use a jig saw.
