I'm saying stalking entails taking pictures (usually), whereas taking pictures isn't necessarily stalking Parents should be worried about the stalking, not the actual picture taking, it could be he's taking snaps of several children to add to his collection and no harm will come to their children. If he's stalking the child, a parent that observant would probably have seen him before, or he could be a family friend/in the family, in which case, I doubt they'd have a problem with him taking some snaps. Not that I know how a pedos mind works, they might not have collections and be fixated on one kid forever and not be attracted to anyone else at all. Having experience being a person, I find that unlikely.
I've had essentially the same thing happen to me in the past. I was shooting pics of the waterfalls at a local park and someone called the cops and accused me of taking pictures of their children. I agree, this is getting totally out of hand, but we're getting to be such a fear based society I don't know what to do about it.
we could always let are kids use are cameras at least then a child cant be accused of kiddy porn pics or can they? oh and may i point out arguing with nexxo is like pissing into the wind, your just going to lose!
This is sparta madness... I'm going to stop carrying a camera in case I get arrested for something random they'll make up. Surely you'll just get wet?
HAHAHA best line ever. This is what you came up against, I believe: <3 Monkey Dust Seriously though: society pisses me off. Men aren't allowed to be good fathers and loving to their children, only mothers can apparently care for their kids. Talk about anti-sexual revolution.
LoL Bindi, I had completely forgotten about monkey dust, great show. However recent events show if the media get it wrong and accuse someone of having child pr0n they pay big! HAHA so wrong, so so wrong!
QFT. Monkey Dust is one of the best comedy programs of the past few years tbh. Not as good as Blue Jam, but there we go.
There are two reasons why this happened and will continue to happen. Firstly, the modern news media are making people paranoid. They have a responsibility to report incidents but they tend to extrapolate and scaremonger the public into believing what ever they feel like. They are just one step away from brainwashing the zombie public. I put this down to the fact that broadcasters are trying to having more, more and more of everything. There is only so much news worth reporting so what do they do when they need to fill a 24/7 news channel. They make things overblown, exaggerated and over analyse everything. Secondly, there are a number of people in the world who have not developed the correct skills to draw their own conclusions and just believe what ever they are told. If you scare people the weak minded can be led to believe anything as rational goes straight out the window. In this example we see a woman who has been led to believe that man + camera + children = pedophile. This woman can only have been so paranoid for 2 reasons. Either she had been or had someone close be the victim of child sexual abuse or she had been led to believe that there were sexual predators around every corner. I know which I believe caused it. Am I wrong?
They're the most fun though (or can be, anyways). Depends who you're dealing with, and in what setting.
great cameras are now branded the tool of pedo's and perverts, it use to be a white ford transit.... who would look dodgier, some guy pointing his camera phone at children or someone with a DSLR, i seriously doubt a pedo is going to want to be that obivous!! might aswell wear a t-shirt saying your a pedo, with a phone number on it so people can book them for kids births and any other events children might be envolved in. how many of you upon reading the first post actually sweared out loud along the lines of WTF!!!
I wonder how long it wil be, before all men are accused as a rapist's, from just checking out a girls ass or boobs.
Worst part of it is that he explained himself and even showed the pics he'd taken on the camera to prove he only had his own kids. The silly bint was still up in arms. I bet he'd wished he'd thought of that ugly-kid put-down at the time too.
Paedofinder General avatar agrees. Ugh this is ridiculous, but unfortunately it seems to be a trend that's going to continue.
