well, there goes your need for flow meters . How much for one of those reses? IF you marketed those, you'd put everyone else to shame. Aquatube? Psh, Kids stuff compared.
Simply Amazing....i was gonna make a pyramid case in machine Shop (im a third year student...i obviously do not know as much as you lol) but man...just seeing your work is just absolutely jaw dropping...the machines, just everything...your gonna be my idol lol....i love maching trades, but your the person i wanna become, a master machiniest. keep up the great work man, youve got a great talent BEST OF LUCK
I don't think I have ever seen this kind of work before... Think it is time to go take some classes at the local votech school... I know autocad, but want to play with the machines.
Is it wrong to quote myself? I'm still amazed at how well this is turning out. The waits are certainly worth it. This project is raising the bar pretty high. Awesome job.
Thanks guys! That's the 2nd phase of workship (CNC milling machine) of the bottom WS. Some work phases (first side) Zoom Zoom Zoom Some work phases (2nd side) Zoom Zoom Zoom See you soon! Bye Bye
Looking very good... And I only have my hand tools... But I get my cases done... I would like to play with all those machines...
ill tell you what....those programs are not easy, yea there fun, but sometimes they can be very stressfull...lots of hidden problems. My dad is working on a part for a faucet right now (engineer at delta) its about an two inches long and .3 in diameter. A rule of thumb is when the length is 4x larger then the diameter, the part will bend extremely easy and be very difficult to work with. Anyways to make a long story short, the tool bit had to get so close to the caulet (spelling?) that sparks were generated. He nearly crashed the machine. Lots of stressfull things in these machines. But when done right its rewarding. sam
What I use is 2 flute mill diam. 3 mm. No, what you've seen is the top. For plexi you've to wait for the next upgrades.
Some workship phases of the base WS. I obtained 2 spaces for putting on 2 pumps. Zoom Zoom Zoom Here we have the first assembly test. Zoom Bye Bye
