Hey id be careful with that pump... Most watercooled rigs will still exceed 35c load temperatures on the cpu... and that pump clearly states MAX 35c... sooooo id reccomend finding out what EXACTLY that means
Weird... Another picture of that pump (from an Italian shop site) here does not show a max. temperature rating. So perhaps there is an uprated revision... A close-up picture of G69T's pump here reveals that it has no max. temp warning either. So no worries.
The two pumps shown are completely different... observe http://www.g69t.it/public/Scimitar/G69T_WS152.jpg vs http://www.freemodding.it//allegati/100_43ec65995cc7b.jpg
They look very similar, but there do appear to be some differences, i assume that that is a new model or somthing
the differences are power req. and the on on freemodding.it has an addon piece on the front. If you look at G69T's pump, there are grooves where that piece can go. Also the one on freemodding has a max temp of 35C
It's a few time I never post anything. That's about I apologize with all you....and I would like to thanks everybody for your interesting. About the pumps. The pump can be used in fresh water with maximum fluid temperature of 35°C (instructions manual of the pump), but I have testing the system with fluid temperature over 43°C without any problem. About the HD support. I want to test the noise with the phonometer when I have the 2 HD. I'm very very busy at work and I have little free time only for the bicycle (for my body ) Z O O M ! Bye bye
Looking wonderful so far. You keep making me think "oh,that last mod doesn't fit in" but then you add something else and it balances everything out again To all the "mod purists" who are complaining that this is bad because you're using CNC and bigass machines: where does using the right tool for the job start/end? If you take the analogy about using only hobbyist tools to another level you'd have people saying a dremel is wrong as you should only use hand tools.....next step would be people bragging that they modded their case with bare hands A little late for suggestions I suppose, but here goes: Could you possibly make the corner blades extend above the top of the case to aid looks (sorry but they seem a little "stubby" atm). And a final question: How does the res work for extended periods? Any worry about cavitation/water hammer noise being generated by the aqua blades? Regards,Germ
Mr G69T Since you have started you amazing project, I have change my job, sold my flat move into a little house, found a fantastic girlfriend. Every day i log on waiting for you just to change a little thing…….. What’s happened have you gone on strike ? Have we your fans done anything wrong ? Are you scared of BaDassumption ? Need a update of any kind even if its on, tour da france ? Looking forward to your future installments … J swan
Maybe the guy has his own life to lead? Perfection takes time, and some worklogs take much longer than this. He'll update when he's ready, and I don't think dutch (BaDassumption) sees this as a contest.
