    Why did you drill through at an angle insted of straight through? You trying to get a swirl effect happening in there??

    That's genius...the water will be excellently circulated, will keep up a great flow during the cycle, and it will look cool too. The temperature is gonna stay constant in the entire resevoir and will make for a reduced overall temp...even if it IS only a degree

    I don't know how I missed this so far, but amazing work! Those CNC machines look messy but the result is incredible... :thumb: Keep it up!

    They definitely can be messy...That liquid you see is actually the lubricant that they use to keep the machines and the parts they are creating from overheating. I've used a few myself, and they definitely produce VERY nice results, especially the CAD-based ones.

    [hijack] Check my signature, and you'll see my not-so-updated project log, Lian Dragon, which I am building a custom phase-change cooling sytem for. One of the kids on my robotics team has a dad who owns a full CAD-based CNC machining facility. Guess what they manufacture...HEATSINKS!! So anyway, he said he would be glad to help me create my custom phase-change block. Oh, and did I mention that the CNC machine shop down the street from me may end up donating some machines to the Adam Jones cause? It's nice having connections. :D [/hijack]

    How do you reply to this sort of work?

    This is so unbelievable!

    I was reading a post over at GRUNTVILLE where they were saying something about a new generation of computer modders. Patting themselves on the back about being the fore-fathers of this new generation....hmmm eh no!

    This work is simply amazing, you just raised the bar by about 25 million points.

    Dremel used to be the modders best friend! Looks like CNC is the new bad boy in town.

    Very neat work (well duh). Excellent design on the swirl pots. I notice that they flow in opposite directions. Will there be 2 closed loops or do you plan to have them merged?

    yes and none are nearly as unique as this...the method of fabrication has zero to do with makeing a great mod the end results are all that matters and there is no way to do something like this by hand so quit hatein already :duh:

    What I'm planning is the realization of two separate cooling systems, 1 for CPU, the other for GPU.
