What camera settings (f-stop, etc.) did you use for the plasma cutting pictures?

I just joined the forums, and this was the first of the project logs I looked at, and it is amazing. Great work. This is not only a fantastic design, but the amount of work put into the product is astounding.

Hi guys... First of all I would like to thanks everybody for your interesting. ;)

    Thank you Darkened!
I have chosen the raw iron and not the cnc worked aluminium because I wanted to change the working method.

Hmmm. Can't resist a guess. Bent to the curve of front and back of the supports?

That plinth is certainly another triumph! I like the welding are your going to sand it down smooth like a fillet, or keep it as it is. Also, are you going to leave the finish like that? Looks nice, but will it work with the rest of the computer?

Is it the picture that makes it seem kinda lopsided? Looks neat

If, as it seems like it, you are making the support in Stainless Steel, you should gritblast it, preferably with glass bead blasting, so that the paint "sticks" better to the surfaces.

Have you considered to just gritbalst it with glass beads? It leaves a smooth grey finish, very homogeneous.
If I have the time (and remember to do it) I will take some pictures of some pieces with this finish and put them here.
