Honestly, I am now motivated to get this puppy done because of the other two talented modders here with StarCraft 2 projects. I will be visiting HuskyStarCraft next weekend and will show him their projects!

Testing the acrylic hard lines. This is my first effort so please be kind with the criticism. Also have the line in and out of the loop with regular tubing and fittings (going to take the rig on the mobo tray to a LAN party in a week connected to an external radiator/pump system - sort of an extended proof of concept and also testing out the hardware).

Look like a couple slight kinks there Darth, are they bad in real life?

And any reason for this over tube bar the looks department?

I dont know what to say about the pipes, they looks warped at some times and they are not alligned that well either, you can do better mate :D

I hope that the next time you will be a pro at this!

Those acrylic tubes look great, do you had any leaks?
Those pipes always makes me wonder if during time they do not suffer from small leaks.

no leaks yet. The next effort I will try lower heat and also will make a buck for bending.

DB,use silicone fuel line matching the ID of the pipe, stick 4 or 5" of it in the middle of your chosen bend spot then make your bend.
The tube stops the pipes collapsing, when its cool, pull the tube out.

I found this pic as a good example

yes the existing tubing runs are ghetto but they were quickly done meant only to run through PAX East (NVIDIA had me put in Titans for the show).

I am swapping out all the tubing and fittings for Primochill acrylic hard-lines (blue) and fittings (chrome)

Installing EK CSQ blocks on EVGA 780s.

Need to make an SLI bridge cover and wire management stuff with my 3d printer as well.
