Storage DDR3 hardware ramdrives?

    As per the title, does anyone actually sell one of these? Preferably with a PCI-E connection, something similar to the ddr based gigabyte iRam from a few years back.

    Nope. There are some Acard ddr2 one. Not pci-e but sata 3gbps, come in 5.25" size and has 8 dimm slots. Probably the best available right now.
    There are another one, that is hybrid ssd/ddr but only up to 8gb, and apparently only have driver for bsd/solaris.

    I wish pci-e 3.0 ddr3 ramdrive cards exist too.

    :blah: SATA3? I might as well get an M4. Thanks for the info though. (I don't have any DDR2 left, only DDR3 modules, and it's so cheap now!)

    You can do it in software with system ram afaik. Though that's probably off no use to you.
