As per the title, does anyone actually sell one of these? Preferably with a PCI-E connection, something similar to the ddr based gigabyte iRam from a few years back.
Nope. There are some Acard ddr2 one. Not pci-e but sata 3gbps, come in 5.25" size and has 8 dimm slots. Probably the best available right now. There are another one, that is hybrid ssd/ddr but only up to 8gb, and apparently only have driver for bsd/solaris. I wish pci-e 3.0 ddr3 ramdrive cards exist too.
SATA3? I might as well get an M4. Thanks for the info though. (I don't have any DDR2 left, only DDR3 modules, and it's so cheap now!)
