    There should be a law against making bad movies over bad games.

    And DOA is SOOOOOOOO Horrible it should carrie the death penalty.

    I wouldn't waste my bandwidth on such crap...

    looks like an updated Mortal Kombat film, which also had no plot. However it looks quite a good film in the sence that it will suck so much it will be funny :D oh and tits :p

    another street fighter maybe? that film sucked the big one, this is looking worse though...much worse. youd think with films like SF and mortal kombat theyd just leave this idea alone.

    the only film to get it right with a fighting tournament imho is bloodsport and that wasnt even based on a film but it included actual martial artists, not people like ms. kiss kiss ffs.

    Ah whatever, it'll be great fun. Absolutely crass, lowest common denominator movie making, but a laugh all the same. Hell, it can't be any worse than the constant gardener!

    MK was an amazing film, this however, looks a little...er...yeah. They should stop with taking games over to film if they cant do it properly. Resi Evil was actually pretty good for a game crossover, I am yet to find one that even comes close to that.

    EDIT: Apart from MK of course, Flwawlass Victory!

    Veles, I strongly suspect Silent Hill will surpass Res Evil as the best game to movie title so watch out for that one.

    I Agree. Movies with a crapy story line can be funny for example Doom the movie that had a bad story line but it was funny to me and my friends.

    Because hoards of stupid Americans shell out to go see them time and time again, that's why. Same reason Adam Sandler has a career. :wallbash:

    That said, if they're going to make movies from games, why not Half Life? That at least had a plot, and lots of room for some cool effects work (I'd love to see what industrial Light and Magic would do with Xen). Also, casting Jeff Goldblum as Gordon Freeman is a no-brainer, and the sequel is already made (with another interesting plot line) (Lucy Liu for Alyx :D).

    You know, if they're going to spend $10 to go see scantily clad women wrestling in the movie, why not just go rent a porno and be done wih it! :duh:

    Honestly the movie looks about on par with mortal kombat as far as quality goes. SF scraped the bottom of the barrel as far as quality went, even if kylie minogue looked good in the movie :D

    I won't see this movie in theatres but will watch it on DVD when it comes out. Looks to be a decent action flick.

    Oh, and Rosario Dawson should play Alyx fo shizzle. :rock:

    Hi have always enjoyed playing DOA but this movies........crap to put it lightly!!!

    they will ban me if I used my real words to discribe how bad it looks

    I hope it never gets released.....even if we have some realy hot shot of Holly and the girls...

    UMM...is it me or is the MAIN REASON to even see a film (if I can even call it that) like this missing...can anyone guess what that reason is

    its the large jiggly B00Bs!!!!! I dont see any...and I dont care what anyone says those are more than half the reason DOA games sell...


    Oh well...still love the game.

    the characters look ******, the plot will be thin. the out of the people they got the play teh two guys i say in the screen shot seem to fit well, but the feemale characters i wouldnt even concider hot. none of them fit for the roles. not even worth renting when it comes out on DVD. why do they insist on making crap movies. what honestly makes them think that this movie will sell? i think doom with gross more money than this movie...
