Yes, I own a dell (a few actually). The software is called Quickset, it displays Volume and brightness levels on laptops. It wont display the volume level, but displays the brightness. And before anyone asks, yes I have already posted at Dell Fourms, but anyone who has had to deal with Dell in the slight bit knows how their tech support is; NON EXISTENT! And if someone tells me to call tech support, Ill LOL you off the page. Im not talking to Abu (no offense to anyone Indian on the fourm) who cant speak english and doesnt understand what he run command is. See my problem?
