Development Delphi 2009 Architect Problem

    It's quite a short problem to explain: I can't get the program to run to debug.

    I have no idea what the problem is (obviously) since I've used Delphi 7 before and never had to do anything before it would debug.

    PS: I'm on Vista 64-bit if that makes any difference.
