Her attitude slightly disgusts me nothing wrong with being confident but it is how she delivers it, she should learn some humility. And what is attractive, i've never understood this, the outer shell can be beautiful, but if the contents are lacking substance, then that shell is a facade that is easily broken and seemingly barren.

Well, Brick speaks. She actually sounds much more rational than her hyperbole-filled articles. I kind of understand the point she is trying to make, although I do believe a lot of the backlash is because many people do not find her as attractive as she thinks she is.
Emma Kenny the women sitting next to her is more attractive imo. The assumption that one her neighbors and mother of her kids friends do not wave to her because she is too pretty is jumping to big conclusions. Maybe your just an asshat?
She's not bad, but i've seen mature women out and about a lot hotter than her. I think she does need to wake up to reality. There's nothing more lovely than a girl that doesn't know she's smokin hot, as soon as she knows she becomes an arrogant bitch.

The psychologist on with her is far better looking. Arrogant trash, someone really just walked up to her and gave her flowers...? IF that's true, why on earth is she complaining about it?
She is actually even more odious and arrogant on screen than in print. Shesd not unattractive but her attitude stinks and that in itself is a big turn off
I really don't get this at all, there are real classically beautiful women, such as Audrey Hepburn. I think in all walks of life you will have people that dislike you for one reason or another, she has just concentrated it all on her looks as her issue, but really it is her attitude, oh well.
I honestly resent the whole "take off your internet specs" comments. She IS average, IF that (I was being generous). I see significantly more attractive women everyday. It is not being jaded by seeing beautys online. Some I know. And some I am fortunate enough to work with. But she doesn't compare with any of the women I know/work with, not at all. I see beautiful women everyday, and she is not one I would add to their number. I don't work for a modelling agency. I work for a garden variety charity. She is PLAIN. She needs help, clearly. End of.
She looks like she has been hit with a shovel. I never fail to be dumbfounded by the inflated opinions some people have of themselves, I'm not saying self dprication is teh way to go but sheesh. If she really thought that the reaction to going public with a story like that would be anything other than the abuse she has been receiving then I reckon its simply a further example of just how deluded this woman actually is. Whats more, she clearly hasn't had enough abuse so she then goes on TV, honestly, words do fail me at times.
I'd say she's okay looking. It's her personality that really sucks and no doubt that's why women tend not to like her. Clearly she has some personality disorder, i.e. narcissism.
What annoys me the most is how people in the media, and indeed the psychologist on the show, just won't describe the situation like it is even though they know deep down why she's recieved the backlash she has. The truth is this: she got a backlash because people are annoyed that someone can have such a vastly over-flated regard for their appearance. People just don't regard her as a 'beautiful' woman, as she claims she is. The backlash has nothing to do with her assertion that women are, in general, intimidated and jealous of beautiful women. That part of her claim is probably true to an extent. With physical appearance being such a central theme of consumerist corporate-driven Western culture (by that I mean it's exploited by the corporate classes in advertisements and the media to sell otherwise pointless products), is it really that difficult to believe that people are jealous of better looking people?

They regard it as part of their professional credibility. the other is the clinician, who rarely appears in the popular media because they are far too busy doing actual clinical work. They often feel that to do so is a kiss of death for your professional credibility. Psychologists who appear on TV shows are often first-degree psychologists who are neither research professionals nor clinical professionals. The woman in the video is one of those. She had absolutely nothing to contribute.
