Really looking forward to both this game and what will probably be a 2010 release of Supreme Commander 2.

GPG makes the best RTS games out there... providing you commit enough time to learn their complexities.. and have a powerful PC !

Don't you have to preorder it to be able to play the beta? I can't find any sign ups anywhere.

Huzzah for Stardock. They are one of the few companies that are telling DRM to go F*** it self.

But the game looks amazing, i definitely need to find where i can sign up for Beta w/o buying it. Looks like this one will make my shortlist of games i am going to buy.

It will probably be the same as Supreme Commander, you pay the game and it's product key will be tied to your online account. No further fees that I'm aware of. I don't know this game will use GPGnet system, I liked it almost as much as Battle.net.
