    I browsed that obese Twilight fan's channel a bit and she's genuinely disturbing. I don't know if it's accurate to say she has mental health problems - are delusion and dented self-confidence overcompensated for with monstrous egomania to the point of self-idolatry mental health issues, or do they just make you a despicable waste of space?
