I heard an interview with the inventor of Lego, and he said 'lego(s)' should never stand on its own as a word, it should always be 'Lego bricks' , or 'Lego pieces'. I'm jus' saying.

Though I understand that this thread is for demotes only, I have lost the ability to troll or post anywhere else on the internet. You can blame this on a great many things, but do not assume laziness. I spent the better part of two weeks going through every...single...page of this thread, which is more than I can say for a great many. What I believe I have found is my one stop shop for hilarity, conversation, trolling, the grammar/spelling SS, and most of all community. I realize that I am fairly new to the group, but I feel that I am posting a great many demotes that are 99% original and not a repost. Were this thread simply demotes it would be lacking what it now has...100% WIN & AWESOMENESS.

The word LEGO is a compilation of the two danish words "leg godt", which translates to ~"play well" - the companys motto in the old days when they made wooden toys.
