From? I'm a 24 barb on Act III so I have to disagree..

 

OMG have seen the crap people are posting on the net ???

ive never seen so much hatred and whining.

people fail to understand just how hard it is to prepare for an unknown number of people logging in. I mean they can give good estimate but thats all.

If they still have problems this weekend or next week then yeah i might be pretty annoyed but its not the end of the world

i logged in this morning on Europe servers with no issue

Must admit, after the initial trouble, I've had no problem logging in, and I logged in three times in a row with no issues last night after stopping for various things (food, etc).

Loving my Monk at the moment. So many ways to play him. The speed is just... I love it! Although I can't decide if I want to dual-wield or go 2-handed.

Got to level 12 with my monk so still early days, just unlocked the third main attack and damn does it look cool. My only gripe is that he doesnt use his weapons when attacking

 

What's your build so far? I'm about to 'ding' 25 on my barb and I'm a bloody wrecking ball. Running; Charge, Revenge, Berserker Rage, Earthquake and Cleave and Whirlwind.

Line 'em up and charge, hit berserker rage, cleave to full fury popping revenge when active and then whirlwind the **** out of them. If they are a bit tougher, drop earthquake before whirlwind as well.

At least, it's working fantastically for me.

Me and a mate have 3 cases of beer and from 17:00 onwards til Sunday we're gonna be pushing for inferno, this is gonna be fun.

That's a pretty odd build, half tank half dps. What's the ideas behind it?

 

If I've learnt one thing from Diablo3, both in beta and launch, it's that there is no best build for tank, dps, support, etc.

Everything seems to work brilliantly with everything else, and it's refreshing to see groups not having to rely on an initiator or healer in order to progress.

 

This is true and it very much depends on the mates you're playing with but I like to marry up dps skills or aoe and single target etc, I'm a bit of a skill build nut you might say but it seems logical to me.

 

Ah, see, I prefer making an all-rounder. My monk hits hard and fast on a single target, but woe betide if anything tries to gank me. right-click and all but one key move are AOE. It allows me to take on bosses as well as mobs without breaking my stride.

 

Survivability. I don't wanna rush into a grp and have to pot in the 1st 2 seconds.
Was using leap to get in and out but the cd was too long so WW is ideal.

 

Finish my Uni exams on the 1st, then I have three months for Diablo 3, I am jelly of you all right now

 

I've found myself adjusting things to how the people around me play. Last night it was mostly control based as a Demon Hunter. Jumping in, dropping traps, hopping out again before anything can get any damage off.

Well I haven't played in a group yet so this is possibly why. WW is not a reliable escape if you're completely surrounded I've personally found, hence furious charge for getting out of very sticky spots and revenge runed with +dmg and +extra life recieved to keep myself up while I punch holes through.

Nice to see build discussion though, loving it..
