Had some a bit before midnight.. nothing big, but it was ok. :)

And at midnight we watched everything the neightbours had.

In the past years i have spendt the midnight looking at fuses and getting away from exploding stuff. So i haven't seen too much of the actual fireworks, so it was pretty boring.

Some bloke accross the river works in a fireworks factory and for some reason every year he gets a load of fireworks free. Had a nice little display running for about 20 minutes.

No fireworks for me, I went to a friend who lives in a wealthy area, so we watched their fireworks!!!

But the one in Central London was absolutly fabulous, I think if this was done in 1999/2000, London would've had the best firework display. At the end though I thought a bomb had gone off with that white flash.

    Roll on next year!

My mate bought a load of fireworks, the small ones were great, but the big **** off rocket he bought (1 of them, for £25) failed to 'explode' properly. Something of a drab finale :(

Parents were kind enough to buy a kickass 30£ fireworks battery. Good, 'cos all my money was wasted on drinks few days ago :naughty:

Anyway, took a photo of it going off aswell - never mind the composition, difficult to predict, where it'll go off

The pic - Happy New Year to bt ppl
