    There is no functional difference between the SED1330/1335 or advantages of one over the other. The 2 modules you have links to are pretty much identical (functionaly speaking) when it comes to driving an LCD.

    yeah, Coorz's thread got me interested, and there is another ofthose EL displays on ebay for 20$, including shipping!

    So yeah, i'm looking into it.
