From the Digg Blog Is it just me or are they just making a tool the power users already have access to public? Seriously, though, it's great that just getting a load of your friends to digg an article lots will no longer be enough to ensure front page placement, but only by adding an extra step to the process of gaming the system - i.e. waiting for the article to appear in trends. And as this isn't for every front page article that won't always be necessary anyway.
