I'm running Windows XP Pro and have a Samsung Digimax 360 connected via USB. When I turn it on Windows lets me know it has added the camera and the USB storage device, but when I go into windows explorer I don't see the standard 'removable disk'.

It says the device is at location 0.

I do already have drives C thru Z, but it would just add drive AA or something, wouldn't it?

I've used the exact same camera and cable on a Win 98 SE, WinXP home, and a Win2k Pro machine and it worked perfectly fine.

Any ideas as to why I can't see it?

Sorry, I jumped the gun on posting. I had to go into administrative tools and under Drive Management add the drive letter B. I'm assuming it is because I've got so many drive letters already, and it would usually default to the last one on the list.

Are there any drivers for it ?

I know for mine, while it uses USB, I still ahve to install adriver for it to work properly.

And yes it should just ass drive AA, however being a removeable USB drive, it may not work that way.

One thing to try is grab cmd and then cd aa:\

    Worth a try.

EDIT: Well okay, glad you cleared it up :p
