i think im gonna make one myself cuz i doubt i can buy what i want. im planning on doing a gen1 decepticon logo. hopefully it ownt be too hard cuz its all straight lines, and i can go down to the dranfing room in school and do it that way. if im really lucky i will be allowed to use the plotter (basically a 4 foot wide printer) and get it onto paper that way but i need a good material to make the stencil itself out of. is there somewhere that i can buy thin plastic for that specifically? i looked at lowes and they dont have it. i was thinking about poster board but im worried bout bleeding with the paper so the plan is to make a stencil and use glass frosting spray to put it on, then put a blue and purple neon on the top and bottom to give it the transition look. has anyone tried to make their own stencil and have any tips to pass along?
you want a sheet of acetate ... thats what stencils are made of ... check yer local art supply shops , the closer to a college, the better ...
